I ended up watching Reelz Channel very early on Thursday here in Los Angeles. I only caught how you set up the character for "Blueberry Nights," with Norah Jones.
I love the new profile pic! We can all see that you're fun-loving, and one who tries not to take herself too seriously. Still, it's okay to show yourself as a beautiful mature woman, who is also fun-loving and doesn't take herself too seriously. ^_^ Overall, I love the way you're changing your image here and on your show. Keep up the good work!
Hey Pretty eyes, It looks like this is the spring of Chi-Lan! Lotsa work. Congrats. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Bejing olympics, maybe they want a smiling beautiful oriental woman on the screen as much as possible to offset the image of chinese storm troopers assaulting demonstators in Europe and America during the torch relays. What a great advertisement for totalitarian regime! Maybe we can all have a boot to the face! How fun, and one child to boot! I guess it would be bad for your career to say anything publically but, it just makes a great culture look bad. Chinese people are not communists! It's a bad regime set up by the CIA after WWII, the money power love dictators - you see they're easier to control. I hope your success continues, and maybe China will be free again one day. All the best, Rick Shafer
